How to Register for a Conference

Use this guide to reserve your place, complete payment when needed, and retrieve your conference invitation card.

Booking Steps

  1. Open the Conferences page.Select the conference you want to attend and review the programme details.
  2. Click Book Space or Register.If you are not logged in, sign in or create an account from the login popup.
  3. Fill in the registration form.Confirm your name, email, phone number, profession, and any required participant details.
  4. Submit your registration.Free conferences are confirmed immediately. Paid conferences proceed to payment.
  5. Pay with M-Pesa when required.Use the payment prompt and wait for confirmation before leaving the payment page.
  6. Retrieve your invitation card.After confirmation, download or view your conference invitation card from the conference page.
  7. Attend the conference.Use the venue details or Google Meet link provided for online or hybrid conferences.
