So, you've browsed our upcoming events and found a webinar that's perfect for you. That's great! We're excited to have you join our community of medical laboratory professionals.
Registering for an event on our platform is a simple process. Here’s a step-by-step guide to securing your spot.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Before you can register, you'll need a free Remian Diagnostics account. This account is your personal hub for all your activities:
- It tracks all your registered webinars.
- It's where you'll find your attendance reports (awarded points) and Donwloadable Certificate.
- It's how you'll access the "Join Meeting" link on the day of the event.
To sign up, click the "Register Now" button on our homepage. You will be asked for your email, name, and some professional details like your current job, position, and professional registration number. We require this to ensure all participants are part of the medical professional community and to correctly prepare your CPD attendance records.
Step 2: Find Your Webinar
Once logged in, head to our "Upcoming Webinars" section on the homepage or the "All Webinars" page. When you find the one you want, click the "Learn More" or "Register Now" button. This will take you to the detailed webinar page.
Step 3: Register on the Detail Page
On the webinar detail page, you'll see a registration box. This is where the magic happens.
If the webinar is FREE:
Clicking "Register Now" will instantly confirm your spot. Your status will be updated, and you will receive a confirmation email (check your spam folder!). Your dashboard will now show this webinar as "Confirmed."
If the webinar is PAID:
Clicking "Register Now" will create a pending registration. Your spot is reserved, but not yet confirmed. The button will change to "Pending Payment". Click on the button and follow the payment instruction to complete the process.
Step 4: Complete Your Payment (for Paid Webinars)
If your registration is pending, you can go to your "My Dashboard" page (you can find a link in the navigation bar). You will see the webinar listed with a yellow "Complete Payment" button.
Click it to access the secure payment page. Depending on the currently active payment method, you will see one of the following options:
Option A: Automatic Payment (M-Pesa STK Push)
If this method is active, simply enter your M-Pesa phone number (e.g., 07xxxxxxxx) and click "Pay". You will receive an immediate pop-up on your phone to enter your PIN.
Option B: Manual Payment (Pochi la Biashara)
If this method is active, follow the instructions on the screen to send the fee via Pochi la Biashara. Important: You must forward the M-Pesa confirmation message to our verification WhatsApp number (provided on the screen) to have your registration manually confirmed.
Step 5: You're In!
Once the payment is successful (or verified by our team):
- Your status will change to "Confirmed" in your dashboard.
- You will receive a final "Payment Confirmed" email, which includes your receipt and the meeting link.
