So, what happens next? On the day of the event, joining the live webinar is simple. Here’s your step-by-step guide to a smooth and successful meeting experience.
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
On the day of the webinar, your first step is to log in to your Remian Diagnostics account. Since your registration is tied to your professional profile, your account serves as the secure gateway to all your confirmed events, attendance records, and meeting links.
We recommend logging in at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure your connection is stable.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Dashboard
Once you are logged in, click on your name or the "My Dashboard" link located in the top navigation bar. This dashboard is your personal learning hub, where you can manage your registrations and track your CPD progress.
Step 3: Find Your Confirmed Webinar
On your dashboard, you will see a section titled "My Registrations". Locate the webinar you are ready to attend. To join the live session, the event must show a green "Confirmed" status. If your status is still "Pending Payment," please ensure you complete the payment process to unlock the meeting access.
Step 4: Join the Meeting
Next to your confirmed webinar details, you will see a green "Join Meeting" button. This button becomes active shortly before the webinar is scheduled to begin.
Simply click the button to be directed to the live session.

- Use a Stable Connection: For the best video quality, try to use a stable Wi-Fi connection rather than mobile data.
- Engage in the Chat: Don't be shy! Use the live chat feature to ask questions to the facilitator or network with other laboratory professionals.
- Stay Until the End: Remember, our system tracks your attendance time automatically. To receive your full CPD points and certificate, make sure to stay for the duration of the session.
Step 5: Access Your Certificate
Once the webinar concludes and the host ends the meeting, our system will process the attendance data. Within 12 hours, your CPD certificate will be available for download directly from the same dashboard! and CPD awarded points will be uploaded to your KMLTTB Portal.
